Disclosures

Last updated October 10, 2026

Jango is not a broker

Jango is software operated by Penumbra Holdings Inc. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or exchange. It does not hold customer funds or securities, and nothing on Jango is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Your account, your orders

Orders are placed through the brokerage, prediction market or exchange you connect. That provider holds your money, executes your orders and sets its own account terms, fees and protections. Jango’s access lets it place and manage orders. It can’t withdraw or transfer funds.

How quants decide

A quant follows the plan you approve and uses AI models to read information and decide when its rules are met. AI can misread news, rely on bad data or act on a pattern that no longer holds. You can pause a quant, move it back to paper or change its limits at any time.

Performance figures

Returns shown for templates and quants may come from backtests, paper trading or live accounts. Backtested and paper results are hypothetical, don’t reflect real fills, fees or slippage, and don’t guarantee future returns. A template’s past results won’t necessarily be yours.

Prediction markets and crypto

Prediction market contracts and crypto assets carry risks of their own, including total loss, and may not be available where you live. Availability depends on the provider you connect and its rules.

Risk

All trading involves risk, including the loss of principal. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Limits you set reduce risk but don’t remove it.
